First Visit
| How to Get There The clinic is conveniently located in central Hove, opposite the Sussex County Cricket Ground. We are situated on the ground floor. |

When Should You Arrive?
On your first visit to the Clinic you will be asked to complete a registration form. The initial session is approximately 45 minutes and 30 minutes thereafter, or as needed. Our opening hours are between 8AM and 8PM Monday to Friday; and between 8AM and 4PM on Saturdays, by appointment.
What to Bring With You
Please ensure that you have the following items with you on your first appointment:

 If appropriate, details of the referring doctor or your GP's details. Any Xrays or medical referral letters which you may have. Health insurance details including your reference number. Where necessary, the physiotherapist will request that you undress to your underwear - you may bring shorts if preferred. For running injuries, please bring your running shoes.

What to Expect on Arrival
Following registration, you will be taken into a private treatment room by your physiotherapist who will ask you many questions relating to your condition prior to a clinical examination. The physiotherapist will then discuss with you the nature of your condition and recommend a treatment plan. The agreed treatment plan will normally commence during the first session.
